You can pay for your order with one of the following ways:

A) By cash, you can pay the courier upon receipt of the product. (This payment option is only valid for delivery within Greece and you are charged the small fee of 3€)

B) By credit card, using a MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron or American Express. During checkout, you will be transferred to Bank's secure page to complete the payment.

C) Via PayPal

When will I be charged?

If your card has been authorised, payment will be taken immediately. You will receive an email confirming your order has been successful.


What delivery options do you provide and how much does postage and packaging cost?

Cost - Delivery within any area of Greece is FREE, and this is not affected by value of order, size or weight.

Delivery timescales - All orders placed by 14:00 (Athens +2 GMT) will be actioned the same day. Any orders received after 14:00 will be actioned the following working day. Order placed on Saturday after 12:30 and throughout the weekend will be actioned on Monday.

We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days (some destinations that are not easy to reach may take 2-4 working days).

Couriers - All orders within Greece are delivered by ACS COURIER.

Cost -
Delivery to other countries is charged at a flat fee of 17€ and this is not affected by value of order, size or weight.

Courier - All the orders abroad are delivered by ELTA COURIER.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and are unable to tell you what the cost would be since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


Do I need to sign up in order to shop at

No. You have two options.

1. To shop as a Guest. You will be asked to enter your billing and delivery details at checkout.

2. To set up a free account. Setting up an account makes it easier for us and for you. It will allow you to order without having to fill out your details every time you shop with us. You will be able to see your order history and the status of your pending orders.

How do I place an order?

To place an order you can browse through the online shop and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. You then add the items you want to your shopping bag.
To complete the order go to the checkout area where you can pay for your item.

How do I know that you have received my order and it is placed successfully?

You will receive an email within a few minutes to confirm that your order was placed successfully. It will have your order number and will include all the order details.

How do I change or cancel my order?

This would depend on the status of your order. If your order has already been dispatched then the item(s) will have to be returned once you have received them. If the item has not been dispatched you can contact us providing all your order information. We can not guarantee that your order will be changed or cancelled but we will try our best.


You are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note. offers you free returns using our courier service.

Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

The Return Form must be completed and included in the package that you return to us. On the form you will find a label with the return address. You may request replacement or refund.
